Its a Boy! Baby makes 5

Congratulations go out to Russ and Jessica Freeman! He came a few weeks sooner than planned but at 7'3 lbs w/a full head of hair and the softest skin, Aidan was born with only 5 little pushes!

We got the call from Russ, while Kirk and I had been out showing houses, and we ran over to meet the little guy! Jessica wasn't feeling so good, and we are sorry for all the trouble she has had with this one. We hope now that he is OUT, this will help most of your troubles. We look forward to helping to all with the girls and your SON, when you go back in nex month.

Sea Coast Realty opens new headquarters, offices
Big got bigger. Local real estate heavyweight Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty celebrated the grand opening of its new Wilmington headquarters and sales office Wednesday. The company occupies two floors and 26,000 square feet at 1001 Military Cutoff Road, across from Mayfaire Town Center.Sea Coast is the largest local real estate company with 275 agents in six offices from Topsail Island to Brunswick County, said Tim Milam, its president. It has nearly tripled its number of agents over the past five years.It's also a leader among the 1,300 companies operating globally under the Coldwell Banker umbrella, ranking in the top 10 for sales volume in 2006, according to Sea Coast marketing director Chip Pearsall.The event brought out Jim Gillespie, president of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corp., the parent organization. He said Wilmington had exploded since he visited a decade ago.Gillespie said interest rates for mortgages were likely to rise, following an increase in yields on the benchmark 10-year Treasury note. Still, he said the rates were much lower than when he first started.Likewise, the national sales market has slowed from the recent boom, he said. But the numbers are strong compared with pre-boom levels, he said.Milam said he was optimistic about the area, saying May was Sea Coast's best month this year.- Sam Scott

The Kids are off To California!

The kids are off to the Papa's and Momo's house for the summer...Aunt Trina, Justin, Jake and Josh picked them up in San Fran late last night after missed flights, and after midnight! Kirk is on hi way home now, after missing his flights due to weather..but they are flying him into ville now and not Wilmington...so that rocks..

CA, we just pulled up to the airport and shocked them all! I couldn't make the drive with Kirk, My dad shouldn't be sitting in the car that long just yet, so I just bought airline tickets. Plus NOW Kirk can go with me to meet the Pres of Coldwell Banker with me tonight! Yeah...Well Missy my assistant too..we all get to go now! It should be fun! So the kids are having fun already...Kirk is on his way home and all is good!

The last day of school has come AT LAST

After a MILLION days as Gunnars says...its over! Little Gunnar has grown so TALL, Britt is trying to catch up with one of her brothers, older or younger! Christian was NOT having a picture...maybe I will sneak on later on...He was busy talking to his buddy... Britt is moving on to middle school(JHS) and she is so excited to be going to school with Christian again! She had a great year after a hard start. She earned awards last night at the "Social" end of school dance for the 5Th graders. Today she is dressed for the Luau for the 5th graders.

Gunnar had a wonderful year, as he loves school and he had a wonderful teacher Mrs Lewis. He moved ahead in all his learning areas, passed his EOG's and is now moving on to the 4th grade! He is very happy about having the school to himself without brother and sister for the next two years!

Dra, AKA Christian... Wow what a year this boy has had! The best grade(after a kick in the butt), a week trip to Disney World with Band and Honor Roll. He played sports all year, made new friends and just had a great year. He passed his EOG's with top scored..He so gets his smarts from his daddy!

Mommy cat, Doggy, walks her babies to the bus one last time....as she has almost everyday for the year....

Christian, Brittany, and Gunnar...Mom and Dad are so proud of all three of you for making it through another year ! I know this one was a bit harder with mom always gone and working, but dad did a wonderful job of keeping up on homework, projects and school "things". You all did great and we both are very proud of all three of you... Moving up...

NASCAR 2007 The Guys are off!

So it all began with a call from Mike...Hi Rhonda....would you mind if Kirk went out with the guys to a NASCAR race? I say sure. What will it cost me? Oh not much. WHen it is? Oh in a week or two, on the 7th. I say well that sounds fun. Sure Kirk can go, he doesn't have to ask, if he wants..sure..he can go..Then Mike says...Ok then...Its from Wed night to Monday in the Pocono (PA), we are going to stay in an RV for all those days in the middle of the track, watch the races, drink and have fun! Thank's RHONDA! It was too late.....Kirk was in....So I hope Kirk, Mike, Henry and Oh I didn't get the four guys name a GREAT TIME! Kirk has been friends with Mike and Henry for years and this will be just a blast! Mike take CA orders on Monday and Kirk is taking the Kids to CA on Monday too...Busy Guys!

That place is huge...I thought after I gave them hugs and kisses last night from Mikes & Jenn's house after loading them all up , I should check and see if there was even a track and a race there! There was...Looks fun!

A month Early, But...Britts 11th Birthday Party

Kirk and I's little girl is turning 11 (in a month but she'll be in Ca with the Momo and Papa) so we had her party this weekend. She had a wonderful time. She looked so pretty. She did her own hair with a curling iron, and blow dryer! It was humid today...so what can ya say..its NC. She had Christa, Hannah Banana, Victoria and Jordyn to her bowling party. They bowled, played video games and ate junk food!
After all that, Britt and I went to town and she had and her nails done, shopped till we dropped and she picked Red Lobster to eat. She loves SHRIMP!

Cold hard cash....she loves it...She already went to BEST BUY

and bought a digital camera.

She is still deciding if she needs another bite of her own little cake??
