Let the hunt Begin...183 Egg on the ground.....

Thank you to all our friend who picked our house to spend Easter at this year. It was missing a few people. Mike, Jens husband who is serving in Japan, and Steffs whos serving in AZ right now. So Kirk was the sole Man Of The House! He Had to carve the HAM. All eight children had a great day, and reports are the Easter Bunny was very kind to them all. I loved having my closest two friends with me also. The food was just YUMMY! Everything was great.

I started the day off with a call from my sister, who was getting things ready at her house, then headed off the church. My parents had plans to eat there before going to to San Fran for the next few days. The Bunny was good to my sisters sons too!

The Egg Hunt!

He had to find 22 small eggs and ONE GOLDEN EGG! I was out with Shane helping him, we took a walk into the woods and found a few!
When I was with Gunnar, he was on the hunt under the tramp on his hand and knees! Thats when he found his GOLDEN EGG!

Meal Time....

When I was a little girl we would always go to my Pops house for east and have the biggest meal at the longest table from dining room into the living room. Although we have these people over all the time, we never sit together. But this holiday, I wanted a holiday like my Pops house. ONE BIG table and a HUGE EGG HUNT. Boy did we ever! Kirk carving the Big HAM!

We hid over 180 eggs for the eight kids...they had the coolest new baskest....and off they went!

Christian, Brittany and Gunnar had a great time coloring eggs this morning. We tried a new kit today and hit had everything. We loved it! They turned out so nice too.
