Happy 5 Years to my Nadine and James

Happy Happy 5 years to Nadine and James. Here is a picture from their wedding in Milton,Fl way back on Jan 26th 2000. That wedding was put together in SECONDS...It went from 3-6 guests to almost all the family! Nadines sister, James's brother ,myself, and BRITTY as the flower girl made the day. It was such a special day, I even got the pleasure of signing the witness space on their cert. Now married for 5 long years, they are blessed with FOUR babies..and I mean BABIES...She has a blog in my links..take a look.. We love you Nadine!

New Haircut and color

So I decided at 33 to go back to my "roots". I found the true color of my hair and turned back time. WOW, do I have dark hair. I also got a new cut. Kirk took this photo of me as I was headed out on an interview. I love my long coat too...I have always wanted one of those..(covers my big tush!) So here is my new look, chubby face and ALL! The hair really flips and I love that!

Adea is now four months along! Oh she looks so CUTE. I wish I could be there in WA with her..but pictures will have to do for now!

This is Hannah.daughter of Derek and Missy. Kirk went to bootcamp with Derek many moons ago in CA. I met Derek in Aug 93, with Kirk...He was the the first one to meet us a Mr and Mrs when I drove Kirk up to LAX just hours after we married..They had orders to Millington, TN aka NAS Memphis. I soon followed them both and Millington was VERY FUN...We saw them in Pensacola the week we had our going away party for our big move to CA..Now we are all here in NC together, with Missy having baby #2 due in July.(same as Adea). Derek took another route and gets to fly CH53e..Now thats pretty cool! He was also the only marine to attend our "real" wedding in MN in 93' He is also from MN. We are having a great time getting to know them again. The girls just love eachother..TOMBOYS no doybt it..Hannah plays ice hockey..a true MN girl!

The kids and I built a TENT in my livingroom...WHAT A MESS....They are having a blast!

Look at our little guys..and gal....who would have known they love basketball....they have never even asked to play..they are loving thier first season so far. They played today. Christian's team lost, BUT he got in there and TRIED! Gunnar and Britts team, would have won, but they don't like to keep score..but GUNNAR did! We played against Monteforte's team, Kirks buddy's team from the shop. Bith teams did GREAT and we are all pround of Mike's son and our kids..way to go!

SO busy!

Hello everyone! Things are getting pretty busy around here! Christian and Gunnar have started basketball season for the first time this week. Its a big change from hockey,soccer,baseball and Gunnars football. Christian loves it so far. He hopes to become a great player like Justin, his younger cousin. Gunnar is also keeping very busy with Cub Scouts. He was born to be one, he loves everything about it. He wants a KNIFE with tools on it! Brittany is starting Cheerleading for the first time this week too. She can't wait to "cheer" her brothers on! Kirk has been keeping busy with work and trying to requit smoking. He got some new tools from "Santa" and I can't wait to see what he builds first! For me, I am very busy with Real Estate School. It is a lot of work and computer tests! If anyone says its easy, then do you want to be my STUDY BUDDY?
I love it though, and I know I will do very well! So much to learn!

So thats what has been up with us. I have not been good on returning emails,calls or keeping coffee dates, so sorry about that!

For my friends who read this in my area...We found a black and white kitty 2-4 days ago and it won't leave. Have you heard of anyone missing a cute kitty? Its so sweet! Let me know if you have.

Wow that was FUN

So today Marcy and I had a BLAST at school... I have waited years for this day and it was great! Marcy thought it was great too! The class was big and everyone I met seemed very nice and helpful...We loved our teacher Brenda, she was as fun as when we met her awhile ago!
