The Christmas Eve Swenson Meal. Many years ago I believe Kirks brother was sick this night, so with that they started making tomato soup and salad every year.I am pretty sure it was not to long before his death. So in his honor, they continue to have this meal so it feels like Greg is still apart of it...We did add dad's touch, grill cheese!!!
